Shipping Info: PTT shipments arriving from abroad are shipped to the destination countries within three (3) days at the latest, depending on the distance of the mailing center to our overseas exchange center and the preferred shipping method (surface or plane). Delivery time varies according to the delivery standard of the postal office of destination.
Return Policy: Please contact us to set up the return.

If the item we sent to you is defective or is not what you ordered, we will send you a shipping label for the return. We will issue a full refund for the items to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase as soon as the item is delivered back to us.

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or just changed your mind about the purchase, and if the product is still unopened, we will refund the purchase price for the returned item only, not the shipping fee.

You will need to arrange to ship the item back to us within the 30 day return window. A refund will be issued when the item has been delivered back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
